I took these in the Metro Station at Metro Center in our Nation’s Capital. The weather outside was miserable, and so was the light. Inside was a different story, so I got a whole new perspective on things…

I was at the Wicked R ranch today taking horse and rider pics, when this cat came through where I was taking pics. He let this mouse go a few times and recaught him each time. I’d say the mouse had a really bad day… I’ve never noticed a cat with eyes this color before.

Last Sunday’s open house was a big disappointment. There were only 3 cash offers and none over $250 K. The other 4 offers all wanted terms and 90 days to inspect anddo mortgages and stuff. Mostly the buyers were hoping for a newer bathroom. Maybe next year will be more successful! The hard part will be getting mom out again.
